Return & Exchange Policy

01 Eligibility for Return or Exchange

A return or exchange may be accepted if:

• The product received is damaged or defective.
• The product received is different from the product ordered.
• A major part of the ordered product is missing.
• The product has an undisclosed manufacturing defect.

03 Return / Exchange Request Period

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery if they receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product.

The following should be provided:

• Order Number
• Registered mobile number or email
• Clear photographs of the product
• Mandatory 360° unboxing video
• Brief description of the issue

04 Product Condition for Return

An approved return product must:

• Be unused and unworn.
• Not be washed, altered, stitched or dyed.
• Not have customer-caused damage.
• Have original tags and packaging wherever applicable.
• Include all pieces/accessories supplied with the order.

05 Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable

• Used, washed or worn products.
• Products altered, stitched or customised by the customer.
• Products damaged due to customer handling.
• Products without original packaging/tags, where applicable.
• Claims without the mandatory 360° unboxing video.
• Minor colour differences caused by photography or screens.
• Natural variations in handcrafted Kota Doria products.
• Products specifically marked Final Sale / Non-Returnable.

06 Exchange Policy

If a product is approved for exchange because a wrong, damaged or defective item was received, an exchange for the same product may be provided, subject to availability.

If the same product is unavailable, an alternative resolution may be offered by The Kota Doria Weaves.

07 Return Shipping

For an approved return due to a wrong, damaged or defective product, the appropriate return-shipping arrangement will be communicated after reviewing the claim.

Returns due to change of mind, customer preference, incorrect selection or reasons not covered under this policy may not be accepted.

08 Refund Policy

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the customer will be notified regarding refund approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method communicated to the customer.

The time taken for the refund to reflect may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.

09 Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Customers should contact us regarding the applicable return/exchange procedure.

10 Colour & Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

Kota Doria products may involve traditional weaving, hand dyeing, hand printing, embroidery and other handcrafted processes.

Therefore, slight variations in colour, texture, weave, printing, embroidery and finishing may naturally occur.

Actual colours may also appear slightly different due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

11 Inspection & Final Decision

All return and exchange requests are subject to verification and inspection by The Kota Doria Weaves.

We reserve the right to reject a claim where the product does not meet the conditions of this policy or sufficient evidence, including the mandatory 360° unboxing video, has not been provided.
